First, consider your ability to take rejection, because if this will be the result, you still need to meet her every day until a giant asteroid hits your workplace, or one of you quits. If you are ok with the idea that it might go wrong, you have the chance to try approaching, and either way you can't lose much. Try to talk to her about casual topics and get to know each other; ten when you both feel comfortable in this, invite her to a coffee or someting like this. Just stay casual, don't force anything and DO NOT make prediction of anything's outcome (it's still good to be prepared though, who knows.) If you have a very good time and she's comfortable with you even in this private time, if she's smiling a lot, seeks eye contact a lot and seeks the chance to touch you - then you can go a step further, if you are concerned, just stay in the 'casual talking zone' until either trying again or giving up. Just DON'T FORCE ANYTHNG

Dude, thats quite a long time youve spend alone. If you didnt gather experience in this time and a comfortable feeling in talking to girls you like, your co-worker isnt the best option for the the first try. Are you sure its love? Consider if you could get involved in any problems. Never fck the company, the risk of problems that will have an effect on your workplace is very high. Even if its bad for you to see her and to know that she will never know about your real thoughts, it could get even more worse if she knows about your thoughts and feel offended.

i see everyday posts like this and my advice is always the same but here i go again helping a guy on his road to love, so what you can do to get her attention is asking her out for dinner, than if she says yes make sure its a nice restaurant and ofc you are paying the full bill cuz you asked her out, don't expect sex or anything to happen on the first date or whatsoever, than while at dinner give her compliments about what she is wearing her hair or any otherthing that she has done to make herself beautifull, talk about the subjects she likes and also about your hobbies, remaining sillent isnt a option cuz she will feel awkard and feel bored and have the urge to leave as soon as possible so make sure to get a convo about the things she likes, than if everything went well bring her home text her a gn and ask if she wants a second date, if yes repeat this process and follow your heart good luck OP
